At Pension Binder we have 14 bedrooms, most of which have a sunny balcony that faces either south or west.  There are 7 double/twin rooms (all with super-king sized beds), plus 3 family rooms (each with 1 super-king and 1 single bed) and 4 single rooms.  All rooms are individually decorated in a traditional Austrian style.

All rooms have their own private shower room with shower, WC and washbasin.  All shower rooms are en-suite except for one, which is right next door to its bedroom and is not shared.

All of our bedrooms have a TV in the room and we have cable TV installed, with CNN in English.

We have hairdryers for our guests to use, so you won't need to bring your own.

Please note that our house is a totally smoke-free zone.  Smokers are most welcome, but are requested to smoke only outside of the building.  Ashtrays are provided on the balconies and also on the terrace.

On the ground floor you will find our Restaurant and Bar. Here you can enjoy a traditional Austrian breakfast in the morning throughout the year.

The Bar is open all year round in the evenings and we have great Austrian beer on tap as well as a good selection of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks on offer.

The Restaurant is open for dinner in the evenings during the winter skiing season only .

For guests on half-board, we offer a 3-course evening meal.  Our cuisine is a colourful mix of traditional Austrian, along with other European and Asian specialties and all of our dishes are home-made.

In the basement of the building we have the following leisure facilities for you to use which can be enjoyed all year round: a sauna and relaxing area, a games room with a ping-pong table and table football, and a TV lounge with cosy seating, which is very popular when there is a big match on TV!

We have a small library of books and a selection of board games and playing cards .

Outside we have large, south-facing sunny terrace where you can sit and enjoy our spectacular views of the surrounding mountains.

We have a large private garden (approx. 1½ acres) which is screened from the street at the front by a hedge.  In the garden we have a trampoline (for summer use only) with a safety net, which is very popular with our younger guests and the young at heart!

We have some mountain bikes which our guests are welcome to use free of charge .

We have a large private off-street car park, as well as a lockable garage which is available to our guests for the secure overnight storage of their own bicycles or motorbikes.
