This is our “home” skiing area, with regular ski-buses from the village up to the Alm. Tauplitzalm was one of the first-ever skiing resorts in Austria, founded in 1905. It’s a beautiful, natural area - mostly above the tree line - and is well-known within Austria for snow-sure skiing, even in the mildest of winters.

With 16 lifts and about 40 km of prepared slopes, it offers great variety and is suitable for beginners and intermediate skiers. There is also a special area for boarders with jumps, etc.
