If you are coming to Bad Mitterndorf in winter, don’t forget to bring your swimsuit with you!

There are two indoor swimming pools that you can use here in the village.

At the Vitalhotel Heilbrunn, there is a freshwater pool.

At the Hotel Grimmingblick, there is a salt-water pool.

You don't need to be a resident of the respective hotel to be able to use these pools, both of which are heated and are indoor+outdoor.

In nearby Bad Aussee there is a very large salt-water pool at the spa, and in the town of Schladming (about 40 minutes’ drive away) there is an indoor public “adventure pool” complete with water slides, which is great fun.
